CROPPING - We reproduce your 8x10 as-is. If you have an off-size original, we will use our best judgement to size it accordingly.
BACKPRINT / OVERPRINT - If you want a resume or announcement printed on the back of your order, or a logo printed on a portion of your headshots, etc., then we can Backprint or Overprint them for you. Be sure to include a copy and explicit instructions and allow 3-5 additional working days for your order.
COLOR PHOTOS - We cannot guarantee the tone quality of a color print which need to be changed to black & white. If you have only the print, make a copy negative and a black & white from that. If you want to see generally how it looks, photocopy it. Red transfers to black and ruddy face tones get dark. We cannot guarantee how it will look without seeing an actual black & white ourselves! If you decide that you still must have a black & white from color, you must sign a waiver to accept whatever comes out.
MAILING - Fill out the order form and enclose your original with cardboard to prevent bending. We cannot accept responsibility for photos lost or damaged in transit. However, we will do our best to protect the items you submit. Do NOT submit your only files.
MINIMUMS - We do only the quantities specified on our order form to offer the highest volume at the best prices, which is why you're coming to us in the first place! All prices are for one pose only. We cannot split orders of different pictures or change typeset. If you have typeset info you want on only some of your photos, we suggest you print them on your resume instead or use our Backprint / Overprint service as above.
REORDERS - Send us a sample of what we did last time and we will match it.
SHIPPING - Prices are to the conterminous U.S. only. If you need shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally, there may be an additional charge. Call us for your special shipping needs.
